Payment Options

Invoices are sent out electronically prior to the start of each month and payment is due on the 1st.

We can receive payment in four forms:

  • Check:  If you prefer to write a check, you can place it in your child’s classroom envelope located on the information board.

    • Or you can mail it to: Bella Mente Early Learning ,9051 20th Ave SW Suite 1 Seattle, WA 98106

  • ACH Via Quickbooks: We will manually add the 1% or $20 max fee to your invoice

  • Card Via Quickbooks: We will manually add the 2.99% fee to your invoice

  • BECU: If you are a member with BECU you can Pay with direct BECU transfer by filling out the form at this link: bellamente.org/becu

Rates

As of September 1, 2025:

  • Newcomer: $2250

  • Acclimation/Independence: $1950

  • Adventure/Discovery/Maven:$1850

  • School-Age: 

    • Stem/Pathfinder: $460; 

    • Roxhill, Highland Park, Arbor Heights: $600. 

    • Gatewood, and Fairmount Park: $600 + $50 Transport Fee

Tuition is a Flat Monthly Fee

If a holiday falls on a regularly scheduled day, participants pay the same rate for the month. Tuition for all classes is due on the first day of each month. If a child does not attend school because of illness, holidays or unexpected closures due to weather, monthly tuition will not be affected.

All monthly tuition payments received five working days after the first day of each month are to include a late fee of $10.00. There will be an additional $10.00 fee for each week the tuition is late.

A daily rate is used when a child attends any additional days to his/her regular schedule and/or when a child begins the program mid- month.

In the event of an emergency shut down outside of our control, we will evaluate each situation and communicate the next steps with respect to billing and tuition.

Evaluation of Rates

Childcare tuition is evaluated annually in the fall. Families will be given a one-month notice of any increase. Increases typically take place in January.

  • If tuition payment becomes more than 30 days delinquent, the student’s enrollment will be canceled.

  • Bella Mente reserves the right to require payment up front if there has been a history of financial problems.

  • If a family plans to leave Bella Mente, we require a 30-day notice. If we are notified in less than 30 days, families are responsible for fees for the next month or fees that complete the 30 days.
